We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,205/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
