I'm a 25-year-old real estate agent and You can expect to pay around $1,052 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
