Kettering is underrated, change my mind

First post here. My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 57,442 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
