Moving to Kettering for work -advice?

My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 57,442, Kettering is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $192,500, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
