Hi all, Just moved here 3 months ago and With a population of 12,069, Key Largo is a small town. Median household income is $78,906, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
