Key Largo is underrated, change my mind

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $626,300, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
