How is the nightlife in Key West?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in real estate and Crime rate is something to consider -Key West sits at 391.0 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Came here for school and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The public transit is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
