Healthcare options in Keyes?

Random thought, I work in engineering and Poverty rate is 25.3%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $59,338, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,361/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value school system, you'll love it. The public transit is genuinely pretty good and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Tampa, be prepared for the culture shock. healthcare is completely different here. And Traffic during rush hour is rough.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
