Best neighborhoods to rent in Keyport?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 14 years and Household incomes average around $79,036 in Keyport. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The walkability is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Sunset. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in construction. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
