What I wish I knew before living in Keyser
Random thought, I'm a 22-year-old data analyst and Rent is about $631/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $631 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
