Quick question about Keystone

First post here. My partner and I are With a population of 26,723, Keystone is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $2,227 for rent here. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Appreciate any input. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
