Alright, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $697,900, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks! The weather takes some getting used to.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
