Longtime lurker here, I work in consulting and Rent is about $1,147/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
