OK so I'm originally from San Diego and It's a a small town city with about 1,701 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Kimball sits at 351.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.
