Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 12 months ago and Household incomes average around $111,600 in King of Prussia. With a population of 25,025, King of Prussia is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,995 for rent here. Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Downtown area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
