Rent in King of Prussia getting crazy

So, Been living here since 2014. The median home value here is around $396,500, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $396,500 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. TIA!

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Chicago it's average.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Cedar Grove area are improving. Kids love it here.
