First time home buyer in Kingman
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $60,418 in Kingman. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 33,850 people. Homes are going for about $242,700 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
