First time home buyer in Kingman

Rent is about $990/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 33,850 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Highland area are tough. Kids love it here.
