OK so With a population of 33,850, Kingman is a smaller city. Rent is about $990/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Kingman? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
