Kingman in the winter -how bad?

Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Kingman sits at 326.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $990 for rent here. Rent is about $990/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $60,418 in Kingman. With a population of 33,850, Kingman is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much affordable but now it's improving.
