Thinking about relocating to Kings Point from Tucson
So, With a population of 5,614, Kings Point is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 5,614 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.
I've been here 8 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Definitely worth checking out..

Came here for quality of life and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The pet-friendliness is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've been here 6 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is tough.
