Commute times in Kingsburg -how bad?

First post here. Been living here since 2008. The median home value here is around $356,900, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The public transit is genuinely excellent and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Westside) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Tampa, be prepared for the culture shock. food scene is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
