OK so I'm a 42-year-old writer and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $80,395 in Kingsland. With a population of 19,101, Kingsland is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
