Planning a move to Kingsland -neighborhoods?

I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $984 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've lived in Downtown for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- The food scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited public transit options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
