Pros and cons of Kingsport after 12 years

Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Rent is about $843/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Pine Hills area are improving. Kids love it here.
