Curious what people think. My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Kingsport sits at 612.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $843 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to.
