Living in Kingston -the reality

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,298 for rent here. With a population of 6,373, Kingston is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Came here for weather and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The cost of living is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
