Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Kingston sits at 153.3 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Kingston? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
