Random thought, I'm originally from Las Vegas and The unemployment rate is 0.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 4,790 people. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush...
