Best industries in Kingsville right now

So, You can expect to pay around $1,021 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Kingsville sits at 511.8 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 9 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The food scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
