Random thought, I relocated for work and Rent is about $2,342/month for a decent place. Median household income is $143,533, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
