Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $2,342 for rent here. Homes are going for about $1,022,500 on average. Rent is about $2,342/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? Any help is appreciated. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
