I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The public transit is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is excellent in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.
I've been here 14 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is decent.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Definitely worth checking out..
