What Kirkland does better than anywhere else
OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 91,614 people. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 91,614, Kirkland is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $1,022,500, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
