Anyone work in healthcare in Kirksville?

Crime rate is something to consider -Kirksville sits at 375.1 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 17,493 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
