So, I've been here for 9 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Kirksville sits at 375.1 per 100K. Median household income is $48,063, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up.
