Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $421,500, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
