Hello, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $421,500, which is pretty steep. With a population of 29,302, Kirkwood is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
