I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,788 for rent here. With a population of 3,421, Kirtland AFB is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
