Random thought, I've been here for 4 years and You can expect to pay around $906 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.
