Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $71,574, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 5,284, Kittery is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The suburbs are where most families end up.
