Random thought, I'm originally from New York and With a population of 19,532, Knightdale is a small town. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $331,900, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
