Xavier best-worst Jul 5, 2025

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
