Knollwood housing prices -when will it stop?

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $372,500 on average. Median household income is $133,452, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Sunset. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in construction. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Definitely worth checking out..
