Curious what people think. Been living here since 2011. Homes are going for about $126,500 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,375 people. Household incomes average around $54,195 in Kokomo. Median household income is $54,195, which feels on the lower side for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think?
