Hi all, With a population of 8,420, Kronenwetter is a small town. The median home value here is around $240,700, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
