Job market in Kuna for tech?

Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $93,545, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $403,700, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Oak Park. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in tech. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Seattle it's decent.
