Hello, I'm originally from Atlanta and Crime rate is something to consider -Kuna sits at 80.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation?
