Hi all, Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $89,645 in Kyle. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
