Curious what people think. I'm retired and Rent is about $1,661/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $302,200, which seems about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
